We believe in creating a sustainable environment for our families, communities, and future generations. This is why we, at Vaighai, take appropriate measures towards environmentalism. For example, Vaighai converts the rice bran byproduct typically viewed as a residual product in the rice bran oil industry into a 100% naturally derived, vegetarian product for use in pet care and animal nutrition fields.
Manufacturing Methodology
Our manufacturing plants are spacious and designed such that pleasant airflow is allowed in but enclosed to dispel excessive temperature and humidity. In addition, to eliminate the dependence on powerful heaters and lights for rice bran drying, we use vast concrete surfaces to scatter the rice bran residue and harness the sun’s heat to dry and decontaminate it without escalating the need for energy consumption.
